Setup: The Machine, the Growth Model, the Two Context Files

Three skills run the machine. Fourteen modules feed it.

The machine: find what your audience is actually arguing about, build the resource that answers it, and deliver that resource to everyone who engages. Repeat weekly.

The modules are what make each cycle land harder than the last.

The three skills, and why only three

# Skill Solves Runs
1 Trend Research Guessing what to post about Weekly, Monday
2 Lead Magnet Generation Having something worth commenting for Weekly, Monday
3 LinkedIn Distribution Turning comments into contacts Continuously, once the post is live

Most people have skill 2 and nothing either side of it. They write a resource nobody asked for, post about it, get forty comments, and then manually DM forty people over three days until they stop.

Skill 1 fixes the input. Skill 3 fixes the output. The middle one is the easy part and it is the only part most people build.

The growth model

Follower growth on LinkedIn is not a content problem. It is a distribution and reciprocity problem, and the content is the thing you distribute.

The three inputs, in the order they matter:

1. Borrowed reach. A substantive comment on a post with 200+ reactions reaches more of your ICP than a post on a small account, at a fraction of the effort. Seven to twelve times the reach, and it costs you ninety seconds.

2. A reason to follow. People follow for the next thing, not the last one. A post that delivers something specific and free gives them a reason, and a comment CTA turns the follow into a contact.

3. Consistency at a survivable rate. One post a day maximum, because same-day multiples suppress each other. Three a week beats seven then nothing.

Everything in the fourteen modules serves one of those three.

The two context files

Build these before installing anything. Every skill reads them.

# context/audience.md

Exact job title I am writing for:
Company type and size:
What they are trying to do, in their words:
What they have already tried that failed:
What they publicly argue about:
Who I am deliberately not writing for:

# context/voice.md

Three adjectives:
Two phrases I would never say:
Three posts of mine that performed, pasted in full:
My real numbers, with permission to publish each:

<never_use_these>
Claims I cannot evidence:
Numbers nobody approved:
</never_use_these>

The three pasted posts do more than the adjectives. Three real posts demonstrate a voice; three adjectives describe one, and a skill can only match what it can read.

The "what they publicly argue about" line is what skill 1 reads. Without it, trend research returns news rather than tension, and news is not a post.

17 folders. Three do the work, fourteen make the work land.

The weekly loop

MONDAY trend-research. What is being argued about this week.
MONDAY lead-magnet-generation on the strongest tension.
Three post variants come out of it.
MONDAY Pick one. Schedule it for Tuesday.

TUESDAY Post goes live.
TUESDAY linkedin-distribution starts. Import begins immediately.
TUESDAY engagement-session, 25 minutes.

WEDNESDAY engagement-session. Reply to every comment publicly.
THURSDAY Second post of the week. No magnet, pure pillar content.
THURSDAY engagement-session.

FRIDAY growth-diagnostic. One change, no more.
FRIDAY Third post if the week has earned it.

DAILY high-intent-scanner, five minutes, before anything else.

One magnet post a week, not three. A magnet every post trains the audience to wait for the free thing and ignore everything else.

What is inside

Every prompt, written out in full. All 17 skills as copy-paste files, nothing summarised.

The complete 3-skill setup guide. Including the two context files they read and the order to build them in.

Post structures that convert. Six formulas, the hook-last method, and the pre-publication checklist.

The turnkey lead magnet method. From tension to resource to three post variants to delivered contacts, with the CTA already built in.

The distribution layer. The five-node delivery sequence, the send ceiling that governs it, and what to do when a post outruns your capacity.

Section 2

The 3 Core Skills, In Full

The three skills that run the machine. Everything else in this guide makes these land harder.

Run 1 and 2 on Monday. 3 starts the moment the post is live and keeps running.

Skill 1: trend-research

Scans the last 30 days and finds what your audience is actually debating. Not what happened. What they disagree about.

---
name: trend-research
description: Find what the audience is currently arguing about, from
the last 30 days. Run weekly, Monday. No more guessing what to post.
---

Read context/audience.md, especially the line on what they publicly
argue about.

SCAN, last 30 days only:
1. Posts in the niche with unusually high comment-to-reaction ratio.
That ratio is the tell. High reactions means agreement. High
   comments means tension.
2. The comment sections themselves, not just the posts. The
   disagreement lives below the line.
3. Announcements, releases and changes in the category
4. Anything the audience is publicly complaining about
5. Questions asked repeatedly with no settled answer

OUTPUT five tensions, ranked. Per tension:
- The question people are actually arguing about, phrased as a
  question
- Which side the majority takes
- The minority position, and who holds it
- Three verbatim quotes from real comments, with URLs
- Whether this is a 30-day spike or an ongoing argument
- The gap: what nobody has said yet

THE LAST FIELD IS THE POST. If everyone is arguing about A versus
B and nobody has said the argument is the wrong frame, that is the
content.

RULES
- Never report news as a tension. "X released Y" is an event.
"Whether Y actually replaces Z" is a tension.
- Never invent a quote. If you cannot find three real comments,
  report two and say so.
- A tension with no minority position is a consensus, not a debate.
  Drop it.
- 30-day window strictly. An argument from six months ago is
settled and posting into it reads as late.

Write to output/research/tensions-[DATE].md.

The comment-to-reaction ratio is the mechanic worth stealing outright. A post with 400 reactions and 12 comments is agreement. One with 90 reactions and 60 comments is a fight, and a fight is where attention is.

Skill 2: lead-magnet-generation

Researches the topic, builds the resource, and produces three post variants with the CTA already built in.

---
name: lead-magnet-generation
description: Turn a tension into a resource and three posts. Run
weekly, Monday, on the top-ranked tension from skill 1.
---

Read output/research/tensions-[DATE].md and context/voice.md.

STEP 1, RESEARCH THE TENSION
Go deeper than the comments. Find what is actually true, what is
contested, and what nobody has documented.

STEP 2, BUILD THE RESOURCE
It must resolve the tension, not summarise it.

Define it by CONTENTS, never by benefits:
"43 prompts, 6 sequences, 1 tracker"
not "unlock your potential"

If you cannot list objects, the resource is not finished and the
post will underperform regardless of the hook.

OUTPUT the resource itself, in full. Not an outline.

STEP 3, THREE POST VARIANTS
Each a DIFFERENT angle, not a rewording.

  VARIANT A, ANNOYANCE
Opens on the thing that is irritating about the current answer.
"Everyone says X. It has never once worked for me."
Best when the majority position is lazy.

  VARIANT B, PAIN
Opens on what it costs to keep doing it the current way.
Specific, in hours or money or a named consequence.
Best when the audience already knows and has not acted.

  VARIANT C, RESULT
Opens on the outcome, then reveals the mechanism.
Requires real proof from voice.md. If there is none, do not
write variant C. Write a second angle on A or B instead.

EACH VARIANT GETS ITS OWN KEYWORD, same semantic family, never
numbered. OUTBOUND, PIPELINE, SEQUENCE. Not OUTBOUND, OUTBOUND2.

THE CTA IS BUILT IN, and depends on connection state:
  Mostly connected:
Comment "[WORD]" and I'll DM it over.
  Mostly not:
Comment "[WORD]" and connect with me so I can send it.
PS. If we're already connected, just drop the comment.

RULES
- Hook is lines 1 to 2 and must earn the See More click alone.
Delete the body; if the hook still feels complete, rewrite it.
- One idea per line. Three lines maximum per paragraph.
- Contents listed as objects, not outcomes.
- One CTA. Never like AND comment AND share AND follow.
- No em dashes. No hashtags in the body.
- Only proof from voice.md. No proof is a valid answer: write the
variant that makes no results claim.

END by picking ONE to post first, with one reason. Never hedge.
Order the other two as the next two weeks.

Write the resource to output/magnets/ and the posts to output/posts/.

Variant C is the one to skip when you have no numbers. Most people invent a figure to make it work, and that is the single fastest way to lose an audience that can check.

Skill 3: linkedin-distribution

Sends the resource to everyone who commented, and captures them as contacts you can work.

---
name: linkedin-distribution
description: Deliver the resource to post engagers and capture them
as leads. Starts the moment the post is live.
---

STEP 1, IMPORT
Commenters AND likers, from the post URL. Enable future reactions so
it keeps pulling as the post continues performing.

IMPORT EVERYONE. Importing costs nothing. Filtering happens at the
send step, not the import step.

STEP 2, SCORE
DEPTH x FIT, each 1 to 3, multiplied. Maximum 9.
  DEPTH 1 reaction / 2 short comment / 3 substantive or repeat
FIT 1 adjacent / 2 right role wrong company / 3 exact match

6 to 9 deliver this week
3 to 5 deliver, but no follow-up sequence
1 to 2 deliver the resource, no outreach after

Everyone who asked gets the resource. The score decides what happens
afterwards, not whether they get what they asked for.

STEP 3, THE FIVE NODES
1 Import from post, commenters and likers, future reactions on
2 Condition: lead is 1st level
3 YES branch: message with the link
4 NO branch: connection request, then message on acceptance
5 Reply Comment node, so every public comment gets a public reply

NO WAIT NODE after the connection request. Acceptance auto-detects,
checking every 24 hours for two weeks with a random delay.

NODE 5 is the one people skip. Public replies keep the post
compounding, which extends the import window, which grows the list.

STEP 4, THE DELIVERY MESSAGE
Three lines. Thanks, the link, one question.
The question turns a delivery into a conversation. Answerable in
under ten words.
Never pitch here. They asked for a resource.

STEP 5, TAG AND ROUTE
Tag by post variant and keyword, so you can compare which angle
pulled. Tag anyone who commented on more than one post: those are
warmer than single-post commenters.
Push to the CRM with lead_source naming the CAMPAIGN, not the
channel. "LinkedIn" tells you nothing in three months.

THE CEILING
20 connection requests a day, roughly 100 messages a week,
ACCOUNT-WIDE not per campaign. A 400-comment post is five weeks of
the entire budget, so the score order decides the quarter.

If the post outruns capacity, deliver to the 6+ scores first and
queue the rest. Do not raise the daily limit.

This skill runs on Prosp, because none of it is possible by hand at volume. It imports commenters and likers straight from the post URL including future reactions, runs the five nodes, and the Reply Comment node answers every public comment.

The handoff to your CRM is native HubSpot with field mapping, or 12 webhook events including Message Replied and Connection Accepted, or a REST API at prosp.ai/api/v1/leads. So the contacts arrive where you already work rather than in a separate tool.

Cloud-based, so nothing depends on your machine staying awake. Five minutes to set up, free trial, no card.

Running all three as one job

Take ownership of this from start to finish.

GOAL: this week's lead magnet post, live, with the delivery
sequence specified.

1. Run trend-research. Five tensions, ranked.
2. Stop. Show me the five. Wait for my pick.
3. Run lead-magnet-generation on the one I pick. Build the resource
in full, then three variants with their keywords.
4. Stop. Show me the three posts and your recommendation.
5. Run linkedin-distribution. Output the five-node spec, the
delivery message, and the daily send split against my ceiling.

Hard rules: never invent a number or a quote. If there is no proof
in voice.md, write the no-proof variant and say so. If the expected
comment volume exceeds my weekly send budget, say so and give the
split rather than assuming I can send more.

Two stops, not three. The tension pick and the post pick are the only two decisions worth interrupting for.

How to Define Your ICP (important)

For years, I struggled with outreach:

→ low connection acceptance %

→ low reply rate

→ inconsistent calls

But it all changed when I got clarity on who I was targeting. Everything will be 100x simpler when you have a clearly defined ICP. You’ll now how to setup your profile, how to speak their language, and how to become the go to expert in your space.

Use this downloadable Google Sheet to build a laser focused ICP:

How to Create Viral Lead Magnets 📈

The 3 Core Sections For Viral Lead Magnets

1️⃣ Scroll-Stopping Hook

There are 2 main goals you're looking to achieve with a hook:

  1. Get the reader to stop scrolling
  2. Get the reader to click to read more (if applicable)

If you can do those, your job is done.

There’s 3 core emotions that are evoked in social media hooks:

  1. Desire - “This is how I generated $121,034 with my agency last month”
  2. Curiosity - “The secret outreach strategy that you’ve probably never heard of”
  3. Fear - “My 10 biggest regrets as a 40 year old prisoner”

**2️⃣ Value Proposition **

This is simple. All you need to do is:

  1. Clearly explain why they need it
  2. Detail what they can accomplish with it

3️⃣ Maximizing Reach With Killer CTAs

The perfect lead magnet CTA is split into 2 parts:

  1. Necessary actions - “Comment 💎 + Follow/Connect to get access”
  2. Bonus actions for bonus rewards - “P.S - repost if you want a bonus {{resource}}”

The more steps you add, the more friction is created. This will lead to less comments and therefore less reach.

↳ Make it as easy as possible to take the next steps.

4️⃣ Preview Media

  • Short/sped-up video GIFs
  • Blurred screenshots
  • Curiosity-building visuals
