Claude Cowork for LinkedIn: The Complete Setup and Skills Playbook

The one-time Cowork setup that stops you re-explaining yourself every session — hub folder, CLAUDE.md, memory.md, interviewed context files — then the LinkedIn skills, scheduled tasks, and Slack, Notion and Gmail connections that run on top of it.

Key takeaways
  • Cowork differs from Claude Chat in three ways that compound: it reads your folders directly, it writes files back into them, and with CLAUDE.md plus memory.md it carries context across sessions.
  • memory.md is the part worth insisting on. Unlike the black-box memory in chat, it is a plain text file you can open, correct, and version, and Claude appends what it learns about your posting patterns and ICP to it.
  • You do not have to write your own context files. One prompt has Cowork interview you and produce who-i-am.md, how-i-talk.md, and how-i-work.md, which every skill then reads.
  • Scheduled tasks are where the setup pays off: daily prospect monitoring at 8am, a Monday content performance review, and thrice-daily email triage, each delivering into Slack, Notion, or a file in your folder.

Cowork is not a better chatbot. It is a different category of tool. It reads files directly from your computer, creates and saves files locally, runs scheduled tasks, connects to MCPs, and builds persistent memory across every session. For LinkedIn specifically, this means your voice, your ICP, your funnel structure, your DM sequences, and your lead qualification logic all live in files that Claude reads automatically every time it works for you.

No reexplaining. No restarting. Claude gets better the more you use it.

Cowork vs Claude Chat: the 3 differences that matter

  1. It works inside your computer's folders

With Claude Chat, you attach files to the conversation. With Cowork, you point it at a folder and it reads everything in there directly. You never upload a file again.

  1. It creates files directly on your computer

Claude Chat creates outputs inside the chat. To use them you download them, move them, and then re-upload them next time. Cowork saves files directly to the folder you are working in. The file is there permanently, in the right place, ready for the next session.

The mental model that makes this click:

With chat, you bring the work to Claude.

With Cowork, it works where you already are.

  1. It remembers everything across sessions

Out of the box, every new Cowork task starts fresh. Without a system in place, you re-explain who you are, what your workflows are, and how you like things done every single time. With CLAUDE.md and memory.md in place, Claude knows all of that automatically. It stops being a chatbot you talk to and becomes an agent tailored to do exactly what you want, the way you want it done.

What skills are and why they matter

A skill is a permanent set of instructions that tells Claude exactly how you want a specific task done. Without skills, every time you start a new chat you explain your instructions again from scratch. With skills, you type /[skill name] or describe the task and Claude loads the right instructions automatically.

The difference in output quality is significant. Without a skill, Claude might build a basic one-page website. With a landing page generator skill, it builds a structured, styled, conversion-optimised page because the skill has the output standards baked in.

For LinkedIn specifically: skills let you encode your best frameworks (viral hook structures, DM sequences, lead qualification logic) once and have them applied consistently across every piece of content you produce.

One-Time Setup: Folder Structure, CLAUDE.md, and Memory

Do this once. It takes 15-20 minutes. After that, Claude reads your context automatically every session with no reexplaining required.

Step 1: Create your central hub folder

Open the Claude Desktop app (not the browser). Download it free from claude.ai/download. Click Cowork in the upper left.

In the prompt box, click the folder dropdown. Select Choose a different folder. Navigate to where you want your hub to live (iCloud Drive backs it up automatically). Click New Folder, name it [yourname]-co (e.g. jack-co), click Create, then Open. Select Always Allow.

This folder is now your Cowork hub. Every session starts here.

Folder structure to build:

jack-co/
  context/
    CLAUDE.md
    who-i-am.md
    how-i-talk.md
    how-i-work.md
    memory.md
  work/
    linkedin/
      posts/
      lead-magnets/
      dm-sequences/
      leads/
      reports/
      skills/
      archive/
    email/
      inbox/
      drafts/
      reports/
    research/
      reports/
      sources/

Step 2: Build CLAUDE.md (your instruction file)

CLAUDE.md is the most important file in your entire Cowork setup. Every time Cowork starts a task in your folder, the very first thing it does is read this file. It tells Claude who you are, how you work, what your workflows are, and how your folder is organised.

You write it once. From then on, it is automatically applied to every task.

CLAUDE.md is plain text. No code, no special formatting. Just readable instructions.

LinkedIn-specific CLAUDE.md template:

# MY LINKEDIN CONTENT SYSTEM

## Who I am
[YOUR NAME]. [WHAT YOU DO IN ONE SENTENCE].
I run [COMPANY NAME]. I help [ICP DESCRIPTION].
I post on LinkedIn [N] times per week.

## My content funnel
Top of funnel: [BROAD TOPIC THAT ATTRACTS YOUR ICP]
Middle of funnel: [EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, LEAD MAGNETS]
Bottom of funnel: [DM OUTREACH, CALLS TO ACTION]
Every piece of content maps to one funnel stage.

## My voice
- [DESCRIBE HOW YOU WRITE: direct, conversational, no fluff]
- I do not use em dashes
- I write in British English
- I use simple language, no jargon
- My tone: [PEER LEVEL, NOT CORPORATE]

## My ICP
Title: [TARGET TITLES]
Company type: [SAAS / AGENCY / B2B SERVICES]
Company size: [RANGE]
Pain: [THE ONE PROBLEM THEY HAVE THAT YOU SOLVE]
Buying signal: [WHAT THEY DO OR SAY WHEN THEY ARE READY TO BUY]

## Folder structure
- work/linkedin/posts/: finished LinkedIn posts, one file per post
- work/linkedin/lead-magnets/: all lead magnet ideas and drafts
- work/linkedin/dm-sequences/: DM templates and sequences
- work/linkedin/leads/: qualified leads, one file per lead
- work/linkedin/reports/: HTML analysis reports
- work/linkedin/skills/: skills Claude builds for LinkedIn tasks

## Output rules
- All reports: save as HTML files in the relevant reports/ folder
- All posts: save as .md files in work/linkedin/posts/
- All lead qualification notes: save in work/linkedin/leads/
- Never delete files. Always ask before making big changes.

## Skills
- When I ask for a LinkedIn post: use the linkedin-viral-writer skill
- When I ask for lead magnet ideas: use the lead-magnet-generator skill
- When I ask to analyse a post: use the linkedin-content-analyser skill
- When I ask for DM help: use the warm-dm-strategy skill
- When I ask to qualify a lead: use the lead-qualifier skill

## Read these files before every task:
- context/memory.md
- context/who-i-am.md
- context/how-i-talk.md

Step 3: Build memory.md

memory.md is where Claude writes down what it learns about you over time. Unlike the black-box memory in regular Claude chat, this is a plain text file you can open, read, edit, and correct at any time.

Tell Claude to remember something and it writes it to memory.md. Next session, whether that is next week or next month, it still knows it because the file is there.

Examples of what ends up in memory.md:

  • "Prefers posts under 1,000 characters for top-of-funnel content"
  • "Does not use emojis in posts"
  • "Best performing hook type is the specific number opener"
  • "ICP updated July 2026: now includes agency owners in addition to founders"
  • "Lead qualification threshold: must be Director or above to enter DM sequence"

Create memory.md as an empty file to start. Claude will populate it as it learns.

# MEMORY

## Content preferences
[Claude will add entries here]

## ICP updates
[Claude will add entries here]

## Workflow preferences
[Claude will add entries here]

## Lead qualification learnings
[Claude will add entries here]

Step 4: Have Claude build your context files by interviewing you

You do not need to write who-i-am.md, how-i-talk.md, or how-i-work.md yourself. Paste this prompt into Cowork and it will interview you and build all three files:

"I want to set up my Cowork context files for my LinkedIn content and outreach system.
Interview me to build three files:
1. who-i-am.md: my background, my business, my goals, my ICP, my LinkedIn presence
2. how-i-talk.md: my voice, writing style, things I never say, how I want posts written
3. how-i-work.md: my posting cadence, my workflow, how I handle DMs, my content process

Ask me one question at a time.
After all questions are answered, generate all three files as separate code blocks.
Save each to context/[filename].md in my folder."

Step 5: Add skills

Three ways to add skills:

Option A: Plugin marketplace (for bundles)

Cowork > Customize > Personal Plugins > Browse Plugins

Recommended: Legal plugin (contract review), Brand Voice, Productivity

Option B: Upload a skill file (for individual skills)

Cowork > Customize > Skills > + > Upload a skill

Drag in any .md skill file you download or receive

Option C: Have Claude create a skill for you

"Create a skill for [TASK YOU DO REPEATEDLY].
The skill should: [DESCRIBE THE STEPS AND OUTPUT YOU WANT].
Save it to work/linkedin/skills/[skill-name].md"

To invoke any skill, press / and type the skill name, or just describe the task and Claude loads the right skill automatically based on what you told it in CLAUDE.md.

The 7 LinkedIn Skills: What They Do and How to Use Them

Source: Jun (AI consultation founder, 0 to 10K followers in 3 months using these skills)

All 7 skills map to the LinkedIn content funnel: viral content to get reach, lead magnets to capture interest, content analysis to improve, DM strategy to convert, lead qualification to prioritise, X repurposing to extend reach.

The LinkedIn content funnel these skills cover

Funnel stage Goal Skill
Top of funnel Reach and viral growth LinkedIn Viral Writer
Top to middle Capture interest with value Lead Magnet Idea Generator
Mid funnel Improve content quality over time LinkedIn Content Analyser
Mid funnel Convert engaged audience to leads Warm DM Strategy
Bottom of funnel Prioritise who to pursue Lead Qualifier
Cross-channel Extend reach to X/Twitter LinkedIn to X Converter

The system only works when all 6 slots are filled. Viral content without a DM strategy means followers but no pipeline. DMs without a lead qualifier means wasted time on wrong people. Each skill handles one stage so nothing falls through.

Skill 1: LinkedIn Viral Writer

What it does: writes LinkedIn posts using your funnel stage, hook formula, content pillars, and brand voice. Bakes in the best framework structures from viral posts in your niche.

Trigger phrases: "write a LinkedIn post", "LinkedIn post about", "hot take post", "top post about"

How the skill works:

Step 1: Determines the funnel position (top, middle, or bottom) based on your prompt

Step 2: Selects the matching hook formula for that funnel stage

Step 3: Writes the post with these rules baked in:

  • Strong hook in the first 2 lines (what appears before See More)
  • 3 lines maximum per paragraph for LinkedIn readability
  • Simple language, no jargon
  • CTA with a comment keyword to drive engagement (e.g. "comment X and I'll send you Y")

Step 4: Presents the draft, shows which funnel stage and hook formula it used

# To invoke
/linkedin-viral-writer

# Or describe the task
"Write a LinkedIn post about [TOPIC]."

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Write a LinkedIn post about [TOPIC].

Read my how-i-talk.md and who-i-am.md for my voice and ICP.

Determine the funnel stage: top (reach), middle (educate), or bottom (convert).
Select the right hook formula for that stage.

Rules:
- Hook must earn the See More click in 2 lines
- Max 3 lines per paragraph
- Simple language, no jargon, no em dashes
- CTA must include a comment keyword
- End with one specific ask

Present the draft with: funnel stage, hook formula used, and the post."

For B2B founders (Jun's recommended approach):

  • Store your competitors' best-performing posts in work/linkedin/references/
  • Store your best hook formulas in work/linkedin/references/viral-system.md
  • Claude reads these automatically to generate content aligned with what already works in your niche

Skill 2: Lead Magnet Idea Generator

What it does: takes a LinkedIn post or topic and generates lead magnet ideas that complement it. Educational content performs best on LinkedIn when paired with a free resource that gives the audience a next step.

Lead magnet types the skill generates ideas across:

  • Free tools (calculators, generators)
  • Templates and checklists
  • Scorecards and frameworks
  • Guides and PDFs
  • Case studies
  • White papers
  • Notion pages and mini-courses

Workflow the skill runs:

  1. Researches competitor content and identifies gaps
  2. Maps ideas to your content pillars
  3. Categorises by lead magnet type
  4. Prioritises by impact and implementation difficulty
  5. Generates an implementation plan
# To invoke after writing a post
"Generate lead magnet ideas for this content: [PASTE POST]"

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Generate lead magnet ideas for this LinkedIn post: [PASTE POST]

My ICP: [DESCRIBE from CLAUDE.md]
My offer: [WHAT I SELL]

Cover these lead magnet types:
- Free tools (calculators, generators)
- Templates and checklists
- Guides, PDFs, mini-courses
- Case studies, white papers

For each idea:
- Title and one-sentence description
- Estimated implementation time
- Best delivery method (DM, landing page, email)
- CTA to embed in the companion LinkedIn post

Rank by: likelihood to attract ICP and ease of creation."

Jun's tip: if you use Claude Code, you can take the free tool ideas and ask Claude Code to build them as interactive calculators and embed them on your website. They become SEO traffic sources in addition to lead magnets.

Skill 3: LinkedIn Content Analyser

What it does: analyses any LinkedIn post (yours or a competitor's) for what works, what does not, and how to improve it. Surfaces the structural patterns that make content perform.

What the analysis covers:

  • Funnel position classification (top, middle, or bottom of funnel)
  • Hook strength (does the first 2 lines earn the See More click?)
  • Conversation flow (how the post carries the reader from hook to body to CTA)
  • Value delivery (is the insight specific enough to be actionable?)
  • Readability (paragraph length, line breaks, visual scan-ability)
  • CTA strength and specificity
  • What works well (specific elements to keep)
  • What to improve (with specific rewrites suggested)
# To invoke
"Analyse this LinkedIn content: [PASTE POST]"

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Analyse this LinkedIn post: [PASTE POST]

Return:
1. Funnel position: top / middle / bottom
2. Hook score (1-10): does the first 2 lines earn the See More click?
3. Conversation flow: how the post carries the reader
4. Value delivery: is the insight specific and actionable?
5. Readability score: paragraph length, visual scan-ability
6. CTA effectiveness
7. What works well (be specific, name the exact elements)
8. What to improve (with specific rewrites for the weak sections)

End with: the one change that would have the biggest impact on engagement."

Best use: after every post goes live, paste in your own copy and run the analyser. After 10-15 rounds, you build a personal model of what works for your specific audience and voice. Claude stores the patterns in memory.md so your future posts automatically apply what you learned.

Skill 4: LinkedIn to X Converter

What it does: converts a LinkedIn post into an X-optimised thread. Maintains your voice and the core argument while adapting format, length, and structure to what works on X.

The conversion rules baked in:

  • LinkedIn long-form becomes X thread format (numbered tweets)
  • LinkedIn paragraph structure becomes X punchy short sentences
  • LinkedIn CTA (comment X to get Y) becomes an X engagement ask or follow CTA
  • LinkedIn link-free body stays link-free in the body tweets
  • Hook tweet must stand alone as a single compelling idea
# Trigger phrase
"Convert this to X" or "Can you convert this LinkedIn post to X format?"

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Convert this LinkedIn post to an X thread: [PASTE POST]

Rules:
- Thread format: numbered tweets, 1/ through N/
- Each tweet: under 280 characters
- Hook tweet (1/): must stand alone as a compelling idea
- Body tweets: one idea per tweet, punchy and direct
- Final tweet: engagement question or follow CTA
- Maintain my voice from how-i-talk.md
- No em dashes
- Do not stuff multiple ideas into one tweet

Return the thread ready to paste into X."

Skill 5: Warm DM Strategy

What it does: generates a multi-touch DM sequence for LinkedIn prospects who have already engaged with your content. Warm outreach only: these are people who already know you and value your content, so the conversion rates are significantly higher than cold DMs.

Why warm only: cold DMs to strangers have low conversion and risk account flags. This skill is specifically designed for people who reacted, commented, or shared your posts. They already have context about who you are and what you know.

The skill structure:

  • Trigger types (which engagement counts as a warm signal)
  • First touch DM: sent within 24 hours of their engagement
  • Follow-up sequence: if they reply, if they do not reply
  • Qualification questions woven into the conversation naturally
  • Conversion to a call or next step
# To invoke
"Write a DM for a first touch."

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Write a LinkedIn DM sequence for a warm prospect.

Context:
- Trigger: they [COMMENTED ON / LIKED / SHARED] my post about [TOPIC]
- Prospect profile: [PASTE THEIR TITLE AND COMPANY]
- My offer: [WHAT I SELL]
- Price range: [APPROXIMATE INVESTMENT]
- Social proof I can reference: [CLIENT RESULT OR CASE STUDY]

Write a 3-touch sequence:

Touch 1 (within 24 hours of their engagement):
- Reference their specific engagement (not generic)
- One sentence on what I noticed about their situation
- Soft open, no pitch
- Under 150 characters

Touch 2 (if they reply positively):
- Move toward understanding their situation
- One qualifying question
- Under 200 characters

Touch 3 (if they confirm the problem exists):
- Introduce the offer in one sentence
- Ask if a 15-minute call makes sense
- Under 150 characters

Rules: no em dashes, no corporate language, sound like a peer who noticed something useful."

For automating DM sequences: use any LinkedIn sequencing tool (Expandi, MeetAlfred) to send the sequences Claude drafts. The copy comes from Claude. The sending mechanism is the tool.

Skill 6: Lead Qualifier

What it does: takes a LinkedIn URL, researches the person, scores them against your qualification criteria, and adds them to your Notion sales pipeline if they pass.

What the qualifier checks:

  • Name, role, company, industry
  • Company size against your ICP
  • Seniority level against your minimum threshold
  • Geography against your market
  • Any disqualifiers (job seeker, wrong company type, wrong industry)
  • Heat score: hot (reach out today), warm (reach out this week), cold (monitor)
# To invoke
"Can you qualify this lead: [LINKEDIN URL]"

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Qualify this LinkedIn lead: [LINKEDIN URL]

My ICP:
- Titles: [LIST]
- Company type: [SAAS / AGENCY / B2B SERVICES]
- Company size: [RANGE]
- Geography: [REGIONS]
- Minimum seniority: [DIRECTOR AND ABOVE / C-SUITE ONLY / etc.]

Disqualifiers:
- Job seekers (open to work badge)
- Company size below [N] employees
- Industries: [LIST EXCLUDED INDUSTRIES]

Return:
- Name, title, company, industry, company size, geography
- ICP match score (1-10) with reasoning
- Heat score: hot / warm / cold
- Recommended action: DM today / add to nurture / skip
- If qualified: add to my Notion pipeline at [NOTION DATABASE URL]
with fields: Name, LinkedIn URL, Company, Score, Status = New Lead, Date Added"

Jun's configuration note: the lead qualifier skill is highly customised to your use case. If your qualification rules are different (enterprise only, specific tech stack, specific geography), update the skill file to match. The base version is a starting point.

Notion integration: connect Notion as a Cowork MCP connector (Cowork > Customize > Connectors) to let Claude write directly to your Notion pipeline database. The Notion MCP is available in the Cowork connector marketplace.

7 More Cowork Skills That Support Your LinkedIn System

Source: "7 Claude Cowork Skills I Use Every Single Day" (creator with daily use across content, research, and email)

These 7 skills are not LinkedIn-specific but slot directly into a LinkedIn content and outreach workflow. They handle the surrounding infrastructure: thinking clearly, organising ideas, researching prospects, managing email, and bridging to other tools.

Skill 7: Take a Step Back

What it does: forces Claude to stop being agreeable and critique the conversation objectively. Used when you are deep into a topic with Claude and suspect you might be heading in the wrong direction.

For LinkedIn: use this when you have been workshopping a post angle for a long time and want Claude to tell you honestly whether the approach is strong or whether you should start over.

# To invoke
/take-a-step-back

# Or describe it
"Take a step back and analyse what we have been working on."

# What it returns:
# - Recap of the original goal
# - Where the conversation ended up
# - An objective critique (not validation)
# - Whether the current direction is the right one
# - Alternative angles or approaches if the current one has weaknesses

Skill 8: Brain Dump

What it does: takes an unstructured stream of thoughts and organises them into projects, tasks, connections to existing work, and a how-I-can-help-now section.

For LinkedIn: use this at the start of a content planning session. Talk or type everything that is on your mind about topics, ideas, angles, things you have seen this week that sparked something. Claude turns it into a structured content plan.

Recommended: use a voice-to-text tool (WhisperFlow, SuperWhisper) and talk through your brain dump. Speaking is 4x faster than typing for unfiltered thoughts.

# To invoke
/brain-dump

# Then talk or type freely
"[Everything swimming in your head: content ideas, topics, angles, things you saw this week, conversations you had]"

# What it returns:
# Projects: groups all your ideas into distinct projects or content themes
# Tasks: specific things you should do based on what you said
# Connections: links between what you said and existing work in your folder
# How I can help now: specific next actions Claude can take immediately

Skill 9: Email Triage

What it does: connects to your Gmail account three times per day, scans your inbox, drafts replies for every email that needs one, and creates an HTML report showing inbox snapshot, action to-do list, and all drafted replies.

For LinkedIn creators: LinkedIn generates email notifications, collaboration requests, partnership pitches, and client enquiries. This skill handles all of them without you sitting in your inbox.

Two skills to install:

  1. Email Setup (run once): interviews you about your email preferences, scans your inbox to understand your tone, creates a filing system in a dedicated folder
  2. Email Triage (run daily or 3x per day): produces the inbox report and drafts
# First time: run setup
/email-setup
# It asks you questions, scans your inbox, builds your preference profile
# All stored as files so future triage runs know your style

# Every day: run triage
/email-triage
# Returns:
# - Inbox snapshot: N brand deals (X take, Y pass, Z flagged)
# - Action to-do list
# - All drafted replies ready for your review
# You review, edit if needed, click send

The replies sound like you because the setup scan analysed your existing email tone. This is not generic AI email. It is your language, your norms, applied at inbox speed.

Skill 10: Last 30 Days Research

What it does: searches Reddit, X, YouTube, Polymarket, and the web for any person or company name and returns a comprehensive report on what they have been up to in the last 30 days.

For LinkedIn outreach: before sending a warm DM or taking a call, run Last 30 Days on the prospect. In 60 seconds you have: recent posts, news mentions, company announcements, and any public activity that gives you a specific and current conversation opener.

# To invoke
/last-30-days [NAME or COMPANY]

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Search Reddit, X, YouTube, and the web for everything [NAME or COMPANY] has published or been mentioned in over the last 30 days.

Return:
- What they have been posting about (themes and specific posts)
- Any news mentions or press coverage
- Company announcements
- Any content that suggests a current pain, priority, or buying signal
- The one thing most likely to be relevant to start a conversation about"

Use cases:

  • Pre-call research on a warm lead: know what they have been thinking about before you speak
  • Conference preparation: quickly brief yourself on every person you are meeting
  • Competitor monitoring: run on a competitor weekly to track their content direction
  • Client updates: run on a current client before a check-in call to know their recent activity

Skill 11: Landing Page Generator

What it does: takes any folder of information (your offer, your lead magnet, your skills, your bio) and generates a structured, styled, conversion-optimised HTML landing page.

For LinkedIn creators: every lead magnet you create with Skill 2 needs a landing page. This skill builds it from the lead magnet description and your brand context in CLAUDE.md.

# To invoke: point to the folder containing lead magnet details
/landing-page-generator

# Or be specific
"Create a landing page for my [LEAD MAGNET NAME] that contains all these skills so I can share them with my audience."

# Copy-paste prompt (no skill installed)
"Create an HTML landing page for: [LEAD MAGNET NAME]

Content:
- Headline: [OUTCOME-FIRST, SPECIFIC]
- Subheadline: [WHO IT IS FOR AND WHAT THEY GET]
- What is inside: [LIST THE CONTENTS]
- Social proof: [CLIENT RESULT OR TESTIMONIAL]
- CTA: [WHAT TO DO AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT]

Design: clean, minimal, fast loading. Single column. No stock photos.

Save to work/linkedin/lead-magnets/[name]-landing-page.html"

Scheduling, Automations, and MCP Connectors

Cowork can run tasks automatically on a schedule, connect to external tools, and deliver outputs to Slack or Notion. This is how the system runs itself.

How scheduled tasks work

In Cowork, any task can be scheduled to run automatically at a defined time without you triggering it.

How to set one up:

"Set up a recurring Cowork task to [DESCRIBE TASK] every [FREQUENCY] at [TIME].
Deliver the output to [SLACK CHANNEL / NOTION PAGE / HTML file in my folder]."

For LinkedIn content and outreach, the most valuable scheduled tasks:

  1. Daily prospect monitoring (8am)
"Every morning at 8am, search LinkedIn for:
- Job changes among people in my saved lead list
- New posts from my ICP accounts that I have commented on in the last 7 days
- Any prospect who engaged with my content in the last 24 hours
Post a digest to [SLACK CHANNEL / NOTION PAGE]."
  1. Weekly content performance review (Monday 9am)
"Every Monday at 9am, analyse my last 7 days of LinkedIn content from work/linkedin/posts/.
For each post: estimated performance tier (high/medium/low) based on my historical patterns in memory.md.
Identify the one content pattern I should repeat this week.
Save to work/linkedin/reports/weekly-review-[DATE].html"
  1. Email triage (3x daily)
"Run email-triage skill at 8am, 1pm, and 5pm daily.
For each run: scan Gmail, draft replies, create the inbox report.
Save report to email/reports/triage-[DATE]-[TIME].html"

Connecting Cowork to Slack, Notion, and Gmail

Cowork > Customize > Connectors > Browse Connectors

Connectors to add for a LinkedIn content and outreach system:

Slack: receive daily digests, prospect alerts, and content performance updates directly in a channel. Every scheduled task can post to Slack.

Notion: Claude writes qualified leads directly to your Notion pipeline database. Run the lead qualifier skill and it adds the contact to the right view with all fields populated.

Gmail: required for the email triage skill. Claude connects to your inbox directly, reads emails, drafts replies, and sends after your approval.

Consensus (scientific research MCP): if you publish research-backed content on LinkedIn, install the Consensus MCP to ground your posts in peer-reviewed studies. Claude searches 200M+ academic papers and returns sources you can reference.

# After installing the Consensus connector
"Check Consensus for research on [CLAIM I WANT TO MAKE IN MY LINKEDIN POST].
Return: what the peer-reviewed research says, key studies, and the correct caveat if the evidence is mixed."
