80+ Claude Code Sales Skills for GTM Engineers

One install, one router, 80+ sales skills — every CRM, sequencer, and enrichment tool covered, each with a copy-paste prompt, plus the chained workflows from prospect to booked meeting.

Key takeaways
  • One install and one router: /sales-do reads every skill in the repo and matches you to the right one.
  • Covers the full motion — prospecting, sequencers, deliverability, CRM, enrichment, RevOps — each with a copy-paste prompt.
  • Deliverability and enrichment skills aim at concrete thresholds: bounce rates under 2%, data coverage above 85%.
  • The chained multi-step workflows in the final section are where the router earns its keep, not the individual skills.

One install. One router skill. Dozens of sales, GTM, and outbound skills. The /sales-do router understands every skill in the repo and matches you to the right one based on what you're trying to accomplish, so you never need to remember which skill does what.

Install guide and how the router works

What this bank covers

This is the sales-skills/sales repo filtered for GTM engineers doing outbound, pipeline management, and revenue operations.

Included: prospecting and pipeline skills · outbound sequencing and cadence · CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Attio, Pipedrive) · enrichment (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Seamless) · deliverability (domain warmup, DNS, inbox placement) · platforms (Salesloft, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, Mailshake) · marketing (LinkedIn, email, content, positioning) · RevOps (forecasting, territory, compensation, stack selection).

Excluded: note-taker skills (30+ transcription tools), developer/API-only skills, influencer marketing, directory launch skills, and consumer/B2C focused skills.

How to install

Install the router only — the recommended first step:

npx skills add sales-skills/sales --skill sales-do

Restart your Claude Code session after install, then run:

/sales-do write a cold outbound sequence for [ICP] at [company type]

Or install everything at once:

npx skills add sales-skills/sales

Without Claude Code: go to the latest release, download the .zip for the skill you want, then in Claude.ai go to Settings → Features → Skills → + → upload the .zip. The skill loads automatically in every future session.

The /sales-do router

/sales-do is a router skill. You describe your objective in plain language; it asks clarifying questions using multiple-choice options so you answer fast, then matches you to the right skill and generates a detailed, copy-paste-ready prompt packed with your context.

You never re-explain your ICP. You never look up which skill handles deliverability vs enrichment vs cadence.

The router checks strategy skills first. Strategy skills are cross-platform coordinators covering an entire problem domain — /sales-deliverability covers email deliverability across Apollo, Mailshake, Salesloft, Smartlead, and more. If a strategy skill matches, you get routed there and it handles platform-specific routing internally.

An example session:

> /sales-do I want to launch cold outbound. Need a prospect list,
verify emails, warm up a domain, then run a sequence.

Router recommends a 4-skill sequence:
  1. /sales-prospect-list [prompt with ICP, filters, volume]
  2. /sales-enrich [prompt to verify and enrich the list]
  3. /sales-deliverability [prompt for domain warmup and DNS setup]
  4. /sales-cadence [prompt to design the outbound sequence]

Core skills: prospect through close

The 11 core skills every GTM engineer needs. Start here before any platform-specific skill.

/sales-do

The single entry point for every skill in the repo. Describe your objective in plain language; it asks clarifying questions, checks strategy skills first, then routes you to the right skill with a detailed copy-paste prompt.

/sales-do

I need to [describe your GTM objective in plain language].

Context:
- ICP: [titles, company type, company size]
- What I sell: [one sentence]
- Where I am in the process: [starting from scratch / have a list / have a sequence / pipeline review]
- Tools I use: [list your stack]

/sales-prospect

ICP definition, target list building, lead identification. Covers qualification criteria, sourcing strategy, filters to use in Apollo or Clay, and the one signal that most reliably predicts buying intent.

/sales-prospect

ICP:
- Title: [titles you target]
- Function: owns or influences [function]
- Company type: [SaaS / B2B agency / other]
- Company size: [employee range]

- Disqualify: [what immediately rules someone out]

Volume: [N contacts]
Tools available: [Apollo / Clay / ZoomInfo / LinkedIn]

Return:

2. Sourcing strategy: which tool, which filters, in which order
3. The one signal that most reliably predicts buying intent for this ICP
4. How to score and tier the list once built

/sales-research

Account and contact research, competitive intel, org chart mapping. Returns a structured brief with signals, pain angles, and context for outreach.

/sales-research

Include:
- What they do and who they sell to
- Recent signals in last 90 days: funding, hiring, leadership changes, product launches
- The one pain most relevant to what I sell
- The right entry point: who to contact and why
- Three opening angles ranked by likely reply rate
- What not to say or reference

Sources to use: Firecrawl for website, Exa for news, LinkedIn for org structure.
Under 400 words.

/sales-outreach

Cold emails, LinkedIn messages, multi-touch sequences. Covers first touch, follow-ups, break-up emails, ATL and BTL messaging, subject lines.

/sales-outreach

Write a 5-touch cold email sequence.

Prospect: [NAME], [TITLE] at [COMPANY]
Signal: [the buying signal from your research]
Offer: [what you sell in one sentence]
Pain angle: [the specific pain this prospect most likely has]

- Touches 2-4: different angle each time, never repeat

- Flag: no defined next step with a date
- Flag: close date passed with no update

- Top 3 deals to consider dropping and why
- The one systemic problem in this pipeline I am probably not seeing

Multi-step GTM workflows: chaining skills

The /sales-do router chains skills automatically for complex multi-step objectives. These are the workflows where it adds the most value — prospecting through to booked meeting in one session.

Workflow 1: cold outbound from zero to booked meeting

/sales-do

I want to run cold outbound from scratch. I need to:
1. Build a prospect list of [ICP] at [company type]
2. Verify the emails
3. Set up my sending domain correctly
4. Write a 5-touch sequence
5. Load it into [Smartlead / Apollo / Instantly]

ICP: [describe]
Offer: [one sentence]
Goal: [X meetings per week]

The router chains: /sales-prospect/sales-enrich/sales-deliverability/sales-outreach/[platform]

Workflow 2: LinkedIn outbound system

A 5-step engagement ladder in one session.

/sales-do

I want to build a LinkedIn outreach system.

1. Find [N] prospects matching my ICP on LinkedIn
2. Write comment warm-up sequences for each (3 comments before connecting)
3. Write connection requests for each
4. Write a first DM for each (after connection accepts)
5. Write a second DM for non-replies (7 days after first DM)

ICP: [describe]
Offer: [one sentence]
Voice: [direct and punchy / warm and conversational]

The router chains: /sales-prospect/sales-social-selling/sales-linkedin

Workflow 3: CRM hygiene and pipeline health

/sales-do

I need to audit my CRM and pipeline.

1. Flag all deals with no activity in 7+ days
2. Flag all contacts missing required enrichment fields
3. Identify sequences that stopped mid-touch
4. Score my pipeline by close probability
5. Give me the 5 deals to prioritise this week and the 3 to drop

CRM: [HubSpot / Salesforce / Apollo / Attio]
[PASTE PIPELINE DATA]

The router chains: /sales-[crm]/sales-pipeline/sales-reporting

Workflow 4: new market entry GTM plan

/sales-do

I want to enter a new market segment.

1. Define the ICP for this segment from scratch
2. Research the top 20 target accounts
3. Analyse the competitive landscape in this segment
4. Write positioning specific to this segment
5. Design the outbound motion: channel, cadence, messaging

Segment: [describe the new segment]
Current position: [what you sell and who you currently sell to]

The router chains: /sales-icp/sales-research/sales-competitive/sales-positioning/sales-gtm/sales-cadence
