Overview: The 5 Modules and How They Connect

This is the master index for every B2B GTM resource built and researched across this workspace: prompts, skills, agents, workflows, and full systems, organised into one navigable kit rather than scattered across dozens of separate lead mags. Nothing here is invented from scratch where a real, already-documented resource exists; each module points to the specific lead mag or repo it draws from, with the highest-value pieces pulled directly into this kit so you do not have to hop between documents to use them.

5 modules:

  1. Prompts: 300+ copy-paste prompts across the full B2B funnel and 12 industry verticals
  2. Skills: the real skill repos and libraries already documented, organised by function
  3. Agents: 50+ named agents across sales, marketing, product, and RevOps
  4. Workflows: the multi-step chains that combine skills into a finished outcome
  5. Systems: the full end-to-end Claude setups (LinkedIn, cold email, RevOps, marketing) that tie prompts, skills, and agents into one running operation

How to actually use this kit

Start at whichever module matches what you are missing right now. If you have Claude open and just need the right words, go to Prompts. If you want Claude to remember a process permanently, go to Skills. If you want a named persona handling a whole function, go to Agents. If you want several skills or agents chained into one outcome, go to Workflows. If you want the full operation running end to end (content, outreach, reporting, and the tool it hands off to), go to Systems.

The five modules are not independent. A system is built from workflows, a workflow is built from skills and agents, a skill or agent is triggered by a prompt. Read top to bottom if you are building from zero; jump straight to whichever module solves today's problem if you already have parts of this running.

Section 2

Module 1: Prompts (300+ Across the Full Funnel)

Sourced from the 244 Copy-Paste Claude Prompts lead mag and the AI Prompt Vault, both already built in this workspace, plus the standalone prompt sets bundled inside individual skill and system lead mags (cold email, LinkedIn, RevOps, Opus 5).

Core B2B funnel prompts

Prospecting and ICP: ICP definition templates, list-building prompts (domain-first, title-first, lookalike, competitor-engager), qualification scoring prompts.

Cold outreach: signal-led cold email personalisation, LinkedIn connection notes, the personalisation waterfall (hiring signal, tech stack, positioning, company milestone, fallback), 3-touch and 5-touch sequences.

Discovery and objections: discovery call question banks, the 5 most common GTM objections with phone and email responses, qualification frameworks (SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Gap Selling).

Proposals and close: proposal generation from a call transcript, deal-desk pricing prompts, the decision memo format for internal alignment before a close push.

Follow-up: the reply classifier prompt (positive interest, positive-but-busy, objection, not interested, escalate to human), the warm-signal follow-up prompt, the honest breakup email.

Sales methodologies: framework-specific prompts for running a deal through SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or Gap Selling depending on deal size and complexity.

12 industry vertical prompt packs

From the 244 Copy-Paste Prompts lead mag: Financial Services, Healthcare/MedTech, Manufacturing, Professional Services, E-commerce/DTC, Real Estate, Education, Logistics, Energy/Utilities, Government, Telecom/Media, Hospitality/Construction/Insurance, and SaaS & Tech, each with its own vertical-specific compliance, terminology, and buyer-language adjustments layered on top of the core funnel prompts above.

Universal and role-based prompts

Universal prompts: usable across any industry or role, for teams that do not need vertical-specific tailoring.

Role playbooks: dedicated prompt sets for SDR, AE, Sales Manager, Founder, RevOps, and CSM roles specifically, each tuned to what that role actually spends time doing day to day rather than a generic sales prompt applied to every seat.

Model-specific prompt engineering

From the Opus 5 prompting guide lead mag: the 5 rules for prompting Opus 5 specifically (front-load the full job, define scope explicitly, limit response length in the prompt not via effort, set the size of the work product separately, and remove verification instructions since Opus 5 already self-checks), plus 20 tested templates spanning content, research, agentic workflows, and data/slides work, each with a why-it-works note and a watch-for warning.

Section 3

Module 2: Skills (7 Verified Repos, 400+ Skills Total)

The real, verified skill repos and libraries already documented in this workspace, organised by what they cover. Every repo listed here has been fetched and sourced directly, not guessed at.

GTM and general marketing skills

gtmagents/gtm-agents: 67 plugins, 92 agents, 52 skills, 19 orchestrators across sales, marketing, growth, and RevOps.

coreyhaines31/marketingskills: 48 skills across SEO, CRO, content, paid, growth, sales, and strategy, with product-marketing as the shared context file every other skill reads first.

realwigu/claude-skills: 190+ skills across 13 categories including a 28-skill virtual C-suite board (each role using a different reasoning technique), a 42-skill marketing department, and 48 combined engineering skills.

sergebulaev/linkedin-skills: 11 skills for human-sounding LinkedIn posts, comments, replies, profile optimisation, and content planning, with Apify and Publora integrations for live data and auto-posting.

SEO

seranking/seo-skills: 26 production skills powered by the SE Ranking MCP, covering content briefs, AI Search share of voice, technical audits, backlink gaps, schema, GEO, and a 195-tool API integration architect. Two opt-in extensions (Firecrawl, Google APIs) upgrade 11 and 9 skills respectively.

RevOps

NEON-Rutger/B2B-revops-skills: 28 skills across RevOps Core, GTM and Domain, Pipeline and Data, and ICP/Positioning/Growth, built specifically for €5M-€150M ARR B2B SaaS companies, with a diagnostics-first chaining pattern (run revops-diagnostic before loading any specialist skill).

Sales-specific

The 80+ Claude Code Sales Skills library: core deal-cycle skills, sequencing platform integrations (Salesloft, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, and more), deliverability, 9 CRM platform skills, enrichment provider skills, GTM/RevOps strategy skills, and proposal/call-review/deal-inspection skills.

Original skills built in this workspace

The 10-skill LinkedIn outreach system (linkedin-outreach, linkedin-high-intent, linkedin-feed-engage, linkedin-enrich, plus connection-note-writer, reply-classifier, post-engager-scorer, icp-list-builder, warm-dm-sequencer, campaign-reporter), the lead-list-building 5-step pipeline (raw-list-source, icp-filter-pass, email-finder, verify-and-segment, list-quality-scorecard), and the original linkedin-authority-builder profile skill, all built fresh for this workspace with no external sourcing ambiguity.

Section 4

Module 3: Agents (50+ Named Personas Across Every Function)

Sourced from the two dedicated agent lead mags in this workspace, covering named personas that own a full function rather than a single task.

Sales, prospecting, and CRM (14 agents)

From Claude Agents for B2B SaaS: 14 agents covering prospecting, qualification, CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and deal coaching.

Outbound and cold email (8 agents)

Sequence building, personalisation, deliverability monitoring, and reply handling as distinct agent roles rather than one general outbound agent.

Marketing and growth (10 agents)

Content strategy, SEO, paid, growth experimentation, and brand agents, each with a defined scope that avoids overlap with the others.

Product and SaaS (8 agents), CRM/RevOps/Finance (6 agents), Customer Success and Retention (5 agents), Finance/Metrics/Strategy (4 agents)

The remaining functional coverage from Claude Agents for B2B SaaS: product management and roadmap agents, RevOps and finance agents handling forecasting and compensation, CS agents covering health scoring and renewal, and strategy-level agents for pricing and metrics.

Multi-agent frameworks and orchestration (5 agents)

The coordinator and orchestrator agents that combine several of the above into one instruction, sharing a task list and reviewing each other's work before reporting back rather than running as isolated single-purpose agents.

The 7-agent RevOps playbook

From Claude Agents for B2B, GTM, and RevOps: The Complete Playbook: an Outreach Agent built on 40 skills for full outbound from a single brief, a Content Agent with 7 skills for daily GTM content, a Campaign Agent for angles and orchestration, a Daily Ops Agent for scheduled work that runs before you sit down, and 5 specialised deal agents (qualification, research, onboarding, intel, proposals).

Section 5

Module 4: Workflows (Multi-Step Chains That Combine Everything Above)

The multi-step chains that combine several skills or agents into one finished outcome, sourced from the individual system lead mags where each chain was originally built.

The lead list to verified email pipeline (5 steps)

raw-list-source (domain + name only, no email lookup) to icp-filter-pass (drop non-ICP before spending on enrichment) to email-finder (pattern-matching, not a paid credit) to verify-and-segment (valid/catch-all/unknown/invalid) to list-quality-scorecard (8-dimension grade before it touches a sending domain). Roughly 1 cent per verified email end to end.

The LinkedIn warmup-to-connection sequence (3 chains)

Cold ICP to booked call: linkedin-outreach to Prosp DM sequence to linkedin-enrich before the first message.

Post engagement to booked call: linkedin-high-intent scores commenters, confirmed matches get a connection request referencing the post, Prosp runs the sequence.

The full warmup (highest accept rate): linkedin-feed-engage comments for days 1-3, linkedin-outreach connects on days 4-5 referencing that history, Prosp takes over after acceptance.

The RevOps diagnostic chains (5 chains)

From NEON-Rutger/B2B-revops-skills: diagnose then fix (revops-diagnostic to the relevant specialist), ICP to pipeline (icp-builder to positioning-messaging-designer to sales-methodology), deal flow (deal-velocity-engineer to pipeline-visibility to revops-forecasting), partner motion (partner-ecosystem-architect to partner-channel-operations to revops-handoffs), and operating rhythm (operating-cadence-designer to revenue-operating-cadence to revops-metrics).

The SEO agency workflow (5 steps)

From seranking/seo-skills: seo-competitor-gap-analysis to seo-keyword-cluster to seo-content-brief (per pillar topic) to seo-backlink-gap to seo-ai-search-share-of-voice run quarterly, composing into a full seo-plan roadmap.

The Claude Design template-to-skill workflow (4 steps)

Build the design system once, build the carousel template once, package the template as a permanent skill, then run the skill on any future topic in under a minute. The two expensive steps happen once; the third repeats forever at the same cost every time.

The Claude Code planning-to-execution chain

From the Claude Code full course lead mag: Plan mode to gather requirements and get sign-off, Accept Edits mode to build assets, then /goal to run a self-correcting loop against a defined success condition until the requirement is actually met, not just produced once.

Section 6

Module 5: Systems (5 Full End-to-End Operations)

The full end-to-end operations, each tying prompts, skills, and agents into one running setup with a clear handoff point to Prosp where volume execution matters more than judgement.

System 1: Claude + Prosp LinkedIn Outreach on Autopilot

10 skills, shared daily caps and cross-skill dedup, 3 chained sequences depending on entry point (cold, post-engagement, or full warmup), with Prosp taking over the moment a connection accepts and the judgement work (who to contact, what to say) is done.

System 2: The Claude Code Playbook for LinkedIn

21 skills split into outreach and content halves, a single CLAUDE.md context file every skill reads, and a weekly rhythm from Monday planning through daily execution to the ongoing Prosp handoff.

System 3: The Complete Claude for Marketing System

10 modules covering the four access points to Claude (Chat, Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Design), building a brand design system and packaging it as a skill, standing up a full multi-agent marketing team, running Cowork as a local marketing workspace, the multi-platform content repurposing system, Claude + Notion, MCP explained, and automated LinkedIn outreach with the same Prosp handoff principle.

System 4: Claude Code for RevOps

The 28-skill NEON-Rutger plugin as the core, layered with adjacent GTM Agents plugins (revenue-analytics, business-intelligence, pricing-strategy) once the core layer is stable, run start-to-finish beginning with revops-diagnostic every time.

System 5: Cold Email Outbound at 1 Cent Per Verified Email

The full 5-step list-building pipeline combined with the personalisation waterfall and 3-touch sequencing from the Claude Code for B2B Cold Email lead mag, ending with the same quality scorecard gate before anything touches a live sending domain.

Section 7

Quick Reference: Build Order and Where to Find Full Detail

The full kit condensed into one build order, with pointers back to every source lead mag for the full detail on each piece.

Build order for a team starting from zero

Week 1: install one skill repo matching your biggest bottleneck (marketingskills for content, B2B-revops-skills for RevOps, seo-skills for organic search, or the 10-skill LinkedIn system for outreach). Write CLAUDE.md once with your ICP, offer, and brand voice.

Week 2: layer in the relevant workflow chain for that same bottleneck (the lead list pipeline, the LinkedIn warmup sequence, or the RevOps diagnostic chain) so skills stop being one-off tools and start running as a repeatable process.

Week 3: add the agent layer if the work has grown past what a single skill can carry alone. A named agent with a defined scope is the right move once a function needs ongoing ownership rather than an occasional task.

Week 4: connect the system layer. Once content and outreach are both running, wire the handoff to Prosp so warm engagement gets sequenced follow-up rather than manual tracking as volume grows.

Ongoing: pull individual prompts from Module 1 as needed for anything that does not warrant a permanent skill; not every recurring task needs to be a skill on day one.

Where to go for full detail on any piece

This kit is the index. Every module above summarises a resource with its own full, dedicated lead mag already built in this workspace: the full 244 prompts, the full skill tables and install commands for each repo, the full 50+ agent directory, the full step-by-step chains, and the full system playbooks. Use this kit to decide what you need; go to the named lead mag for the complete copy-paste detail once you know which piece to install.
